Overview Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time | $40-45/hr Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM & Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Location: Jasper, GA 30143 About Southern Pain & Spine (SPAS) SPAS is a leading interventional pain management practice serving North Georgia and Metro Atlanta. Our board-certified team provides personalized treatment plans and minimally invasive procedures designed to reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life. With multiple convenient locations and a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care, we help patients move toward lasting relief. The Opportunity In this hands-on, patient-facing role, you’ll coordinate and deliver care across the surgical continuum. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe workflows, positive patient outcomes, and adherence to evidence-based standards. Responsibilities Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve care goals Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols Participate in ongoing education and unit meetings Conduct and document comprehensive patient assessments and vital signs Identify abnormal findings and communicate results promptly Develop and update individualized care plans during shift transitions Support patients throughout surgical procedures and recovery Monitor, document, and evaluate patient responses during all phases of care Uphold facility standards, ethics, and evidence-based procedures Perform other duties as assigned You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and families Prioritize safety and patient outcomes in fast-paced environments Value teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration Excel in a mission-driven, detail-oriented setting Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) & Active RN license required BLS and ACLS certification required Ambulatory Surgery Center and Pain Management experience preferred EHR experience (Athena) preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred CPAN certification preferred Skills & Physical Requirements Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Solid understanding of clinical best practices and patient assessment Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push up to 300 lbs Clear vision, depth perception, and ability to perform fine motor tasks Benefits We Offer Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Bonusly (employee recognition program) DailyPay (on-demand pay access) Why You’ll Love Working at Southern Pain and Spine You’ll be part of a compassionate, patient-centered team dedicated to improving quality of life through minimally invasive, evidence-based care.
