Occupational Therapist needed for a travel assignment with an acute care focus in Lagrange, GA. Start date 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks, earning 1,623 to 1,708 per week, with 12-hour day shifts (3x12s, 36 hours per week). This role is in an inpatient, high‑quality care setting that emphasizes restoring independence in activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care to address daily living activities, functional mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and ROM.
- Plan, implement, and adjust therapeutic interventions across the care continuum to maximize functional outcomes and independence.
- Document patient progress, communicate with the interdisciplinary care team, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families on activity modification, home exercise programs, and adaptive equipment; participate in discharge planning and referrals as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records, participate in care coordination, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives within the care team.

Requirements
- Current OT license in Georgia or eligible for licensure
- Degree from an accredited OT program (OTD/MSOT or equivalent)
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in an acute care/inpatient environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with an interdisciplinary team
- Prior acute care or inpatient experience preferred
