At PYG Therapy, we are seeking compassionate and skilled licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide pediatric home health services across the state of Arizona.

Competitive starting rates ranging from $64/hour to $92/hour
(depending on location, experience, and employment type)

This role includes:

• Providing direct speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients in the home setting
• Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress
• Educating and coaching caregivers to support carryover of skills
• Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintaining communication regarding patient updates, progress, and concerns
• Optional supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), if desired

• 1099 or W-2 (role dependent)
• Custom schedules with 8–25 sessions per week

• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP)
• CPR certification
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience or interest in pediatric home health preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
