Wound Care Nurse NeededAvante at Ormond Beach is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to provide weekly monitoring of existing pressure ulcers, with recommendations for treatment changes in the absence of improvement. Recommending and implementing preventative interventions to prevent skin breakdowns for immobile and inactive residents in accordance with state and federal regulations.
