We’re looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman who leads from the front, works alongside their crew, and delivers top-tier results. Hardscape Foreman - GLC Landscaping & Pools – Flat Rock, MI What You’ll Do (Hands-On Leadership Role) Lead and work alongside a crew (1–4 team members) on hardscape projects Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and natural stone features Read and execute plans, layouts, and job specs Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job flow Operate equipment (skid steers, excavators, etc.) Maintain jobsite quality, safety, and productivity Train and mentor crew members to company standards Communicate professionally with customers on-site Complete daily job tracking and reporting ✅ What We’re Looking For 5+ years of hardscape / landscape construction experience ( required ) Strong experience with pavers, natural stone, and retaining walls Proven leadership experience running a crew Ability to read plans and execute projects independently Equipment operation experience Valid Driver’s License ( required ) + MDOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain) Strong work ethic, accountability, and attention to detail Bonus Bilingual (English/Spanish) – additional pay offered Pay & Benefits $27–$31/hour (based on experience) Weekly direct deposit Overtime available Production bonuses Health benefits Retirement plan with company match Paid time off Paid training & industry certifications Work Environment Outdoor work in all weather conditions Physical role (lifting 50+ lbs regularly) Fast-paced, team-driven environment Occasional weekend work Why GLC?
