Roles and Responsibilities Execute marketing activities including: Webinars Workshops Large-scale in-person events Executive events Third-party sponsorships Build and maintain sales enablement materials for pre-event, post-event, and regular sales communication activities. Streamline procurement management and budget tracking. Document program deliverables to make marketing programs scalable and repeatable. Coordinate with internal business partners to support successful program execution Experience 2+ years of marketing event experience. Experience working in a B2B enterprise software company. Experience with marketing event execution and coordination. Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Mac environments. Experience with Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo is an advantage.
