They’re hiring their first dedicated Product Marketing hire, with real budget and direct executive support behind the role.You won’t be buried on a large marketing team or waiting on layers of approval — this is a lean, 9-person company with direct daily access to the CEO, Head of Marketing, Product, and Sales. Your work will directly influence win rates and pipeline from day one, and you’ll be selling a proven product to sophisticated buyers — VP-level insights leaders at major consumer brands — not articulating vaporware.The RoleYou’ll build the Product Marketing function from scratch: positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market for new features, in a company where marketing has so far been led by a hiring manager from a design background who needs a dedicated marketing partner to drive inbound and demand generation.What They’re Looking For5–8 years of product marketing experience at high-growth B2B tech startupsExperience marketing data-heavy products where privacy and enterprise security are core to the value propositionA track record navigating long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise salesStrong, hands-on copywriting ability — web copy, conversion-focused landing pages, positioning decks, one-pagers, battlecardsExperience building lead magnets, targeted landing pages, and product demo videosFluency in AI-assisted workflows and content automationA high-ownership, builder mentality — someone who produces real deliverables, not just strategy decksBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldAble to work on-site in New York City at least 4 days/weekNot the right fit if: you’re a pure strategist who doesn’t produce hands-on deliverables yourself.Compensation & Logistics$125K–$175K OTE + equity (base/variable split to be confirmed)On-site, New York City, 4+ days/weekPreference for candidates who don’t require visa sponsorship (not a disqualifier)Interview ProcessFour rounds: an intro call, a deep dive, a leadership interview, and potentially a case study.Interested?
