The role involves engaging with cross-functional internal teams, building operational partnerships with assigned vendors, and improving vendor performance through strategic collaboration and supply chain optimization. The environment is fast-paced and requires a flexible, detail-oriented individual with strong follow-through.Key Responsibilities* Diagnose root causes and resolve operational exceptions such as out-of-stock products, missing site offers, and supply chain disruptions.* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple teams to align on vendor strategies and operational priorities.* Manage day-to-day volumes of assigned tasks and ensure service level agreements are met per quality standards.* Develop and update reporting focused on key operational performance indicators.* Work directly with assigned vendors to drive issue resolution in a timely manner and identify opportunities to strengthen supply chain performance.Required Qualifications**Education:** A Bachelor's degree is required.**Experience:** 1 year of supply chain, inventory management, or project management experience is required.**Technical Skills:** 1 year of experience with Excel is required. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
