Senior Product Designer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, user needs, and develop effective product design solutions. Conduct research and analysis to identify user expectations, evaluate existing experiences, and support informed design decisions. Create and refine design concepts, user flows, prototypes, and interface designs to improve product usability and functionality. Develop and maintain design standards, reusable components, and documentation to ensure consistency across products. Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to support design implementation and ensure alignment with project objectives. Review user feedback, performance data, and industry trends to recommend product enhancements and improve overall user experience. Apply design principles, accessibility practices, and industry best practices to deliver intuitive, scalable, and user-centered solutions.
