What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process within the scope of practice.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary staff.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Contribute to a positive and respectful environment that promotes patient satisfaction and team morale.
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly.

What You Need

• Required:
• Active RN license in Florida
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical settings
• Preferred:
• Speciality certifications
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
