Job Title:Speech Language PathologistPay Range:$50-$70/hrJob Description:2026–2027 School Year | Full-Time | Puunene, HI | School-Based | Hawaii SLP License RequiredAbout the Role:Provide speech and language therapy services in a school-based setting. You’ll conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver direct therapy services, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication, learning, and overall success.Why Join Us:CEU and license reimbursementTuition assistanceFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)Paid sick timeSpread Pay options availableWhat You'll Do:Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs and eligibilityDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goalsProvide direct speech-language therapy services to studentsComplete and maintain accurate IEP and therapy documentationParticipate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary team collaborationConsult with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progressMaintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required documentationSupervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as applicableWhat We're Looking For:Must Have:Current Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain prior to startAbility to complete all required criminal background clearancesStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsExperience working with students in an educational settingPreferred:One or more years of school-based Speech-Language Pathology experienceExperience managing school-based caseloads and IEP complianceFamiliarity with student information and IEP documentation systemsExperience collaborating within multidisciplinary educational teamsAbout LinkUp & Point Quest Group:Point Quest Group is a leading national provider of special education services, partnering with 350+ school districts to help students with unique needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
