Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Per Diem to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As an RN Per Diem at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center , you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct resident assessments, identify care needs, and develop strategies for improvement
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records of patient care
