Registered Nurse

We are seeking experienced nurses. The candidates must have education verification, a current Wisconsin license, CPR/BLS, and NIHSS. Travel nurses may be required to float to other units. This position will require every other weekend and holiday coverage. Shifts will be 12 hours (Days 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM). Essential duties and responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients, administering prescribed medications and treatments, documenting according to standards of care, developing, initiating, and executing a patient plan of care, participating in department or unit performance improvement activities, utilizing clinical expertise to guide other units in support of the patient's longitudinal plan of care, and applying critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience and escalating appropriately within the chain of command.
