Overnight Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
Location: McAllen, TX (In-Office)
Shift: Full-Time, Overnight l 40 hrs/week (Requires one weekend day and holidays)

About the Role:

At AnswerOne, you will deliver exceptional, multi-language support to a wide array of clients, including healthcare practices, residential communities, corporate agencies, and more! In this position, you will handle high-volume inbound calls, capturing and routing critical messages with speed and precision. We operate a strictly inbound call center so there are no sales, telemarketing, or solicitations involved. To ensure your long-term success, we provide complete, hands-on training using our state-of-the-art call processing systems and tools.

Bilingual Requirement:

Because we serve both English and Spanish speaking caller communities, candidates must demonstrate verbal and written communication in both languages, providing clear translation and message relay as needed.

• Fluent bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish with a clear, positive phone demeanor.
• Strong written communication skills (grammar and spelling accuracy).
• A typing speed of at least 35 WPM.

Compensation Structure:

• Base Rate: $16/hr
• Attendance Premium: Earn an additional rate boost up to $18.50/hr base equivalent through our perfrect attendance program (covering shift punctuality, return-from-break timing, and full shift completion).
