Summary Provide exceptional customer service on the menswear sales floor, helping clients find and purchase apparel and accessories. Represent the brand through expert product knowledge, personalized styling, and a professional, approachable manner. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide styling recommendations for menswear. Meet individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and follow-up. Process transactions, handle returns, and maintain cash wrap procedures accurately. Maintain floor presentation, restock merchandise, and execute visual merchandising direction. Support inventory tasks, loss prevention practices, and efficient store operations. Requirements 3+ years of retail or sales experience, preferably in menswear or department store environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
