This full-time, onsite position calls for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist excited to help students achieve their fullest potential.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Active, valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred
• Prior experience working with a school-aged caseload (K-12) highly desirable
• Familiarity with educational settings and the IEP process
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Willingness to work exclusively onsite; virtual or remote work is not available for this role
• Commitment to maintaining documentation and supporting educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Provide direct therapy services, monitor student progress, and adapt approaches to meet individual needs
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with legal and district requirements
