Hydrovac Ops Manager

Operations ManagerWe need an experienced Operations Manager to run our Hydrovac/Hydroblast division day to day. You'll own safety, crew performance, equipment, and job profitability, and you'll be the main point of contact for our clients in the field.What You'll DoPlan, schedule, and dispatch hydrovac and hydroblast crews and equipment across multiple sitesLead and develop operators, leads, and supervisorsDrive a zero-incident safety culture that meets MSHA, OSHA, and client site requirementsManage job costing, daily tickets, T&M and unit rate billing, and invoice accuracyTrack equipment utilization, maintenance, and downtime; coordinate with the shop on repairsBuild strong client relationships and support new work through estimates and quotesReport on division KPIs: safety, utilization, margin, and customer satisfactionWhat You Bring5+ years in hydrovac, hydroexcavation, or industrial cleaning, with 2+ years in a supervisory or management roleMining or heavy industrial site experience strongly preferredMSHA Part 46/48 and OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain)Solid understanding of job costing, rate sheets, and field billingValid driver's license; CDL Class A a plusStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsComfortable with Excel and field ticketing softwareWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $95,000 to $130,000Company vehicle, phone, and fuel cardMedical, dental, vision, and 401(k) / PTO detailsRoom to grow with an expanding divisionEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
