What You'll Do

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on inmate records and clinical interviews
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and medical staff
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans aligned with inmate needs
• Perform regular rounds in segregation and confined housing to evaluate inmate mental health and adjustment
• Provide crisis counseling, mental health interventions, and confrontational treatments as needed
• Contribute to treatment planning and interdisciplinary case discussions
• Maintain documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress

What You Need

• Required:
• Current or pending license as a Psychologist in TN
• BLS certification
• Universal cover page (template in Egnyte)
• Signed submittal confirmation
• Network or vendor-neutral resume/CV
• Online license verification
• Preferred:
• Experience working with inmate populations
• Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and counseling techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
