Their Ohio site accommodates the design and fabrication of lighting systems, molds, production engineering, and committed employees in Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service segments.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

This blended role entails creating PWB.

Operator duties:

• Achieving quality and output objectives.

Technician tasks:

• Performing preventive maintenance and resolving equipment issues during production.
• Reporting downtime and quality concerns to SMT Leadership and PEIII Group.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Maintenance skills with basic hand tools and change over processes.
• Strong independent skills to assess quality issues and machine problems and make decisive judgments.
• Efficient time management skills to ensure continuous machine operation and meet production targets.
• Comprehensive understanding of C.Core inventory procedures.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Desired background in Electronics manufacturing.
• Preference for IPC 610 certification but not mandatory.
• LOTO certification preferred but not essential.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Frequently required to work in confined spaces under and within production equipment.
• Extended periods of standing, bending, and kneeling.
• Must be able to safely position body to reach all equipment access points.
• Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.

HAZARDS:

• While performing the job the position is frequently exposed to moving or mechanical parts.
• Moderate noise levels with specific areas required to wear hearing protection.
