Art Director

Responsible for evolving and maintaining EO's visual brand, the full-time Art Director will oversee creative direction for brand materials and campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality across various touchpoints while collaborating with multiple teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and maintain EO's core visual brand materials and ensure consistent application across all platforms Lead visual concepting and art direction for bespoke campaigns and major initiatives, translating strategy into compelling visual systems Review and approve high-priority creative deliverables, providing direction to internal and external design teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 7+ years of experience in brand design, art direction, or creative production Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand systems and multi-channel creative execution Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and presentation software Experience directing designers and managing multiple priorities while ensuring brand consistency
