Job Description We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children and can be silly, fun, and outgoing. It’s also important that you be a “people person” as interacting with parents and their children is a primary role of our team members. You will be leading classes, parties, camps, and events. Additional duties include light admin work, day-to-day cleaning or equipment and toys, and general customer service. Position Requirements Ability to work 20+ hours per week, including weekends Strong interpersonal communication skills Experience with children is a plus, but not required A healthy fit lifestyle preferred Effective time management Clean background check Compensation Starts at $20 per hour - Average trained team member earns $20+ per hour.
