Responsibilities Load commercial loan packages onto the core system, monitor adjustment requests, and manage non-posted transactions. Perform daily data entry and maintenance of the Loan Accounting System, collateral file, and imaging systems. Review daily reports, verify the accuracy of loan inputs, and ensure quality assurance across operations. Maintain data integrity by assisting in cleaning up names, addresses, and collateral information. Identify trends and mitigate risks to uphold regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications 1-3 years of relevant experience in banking operations or a related field. Proficiency in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Office, with strong data management and reporting skills. An accounting background will help in calculating payments and interest figures accurately. Experience in bank loan operations and familiarity with lending regulations is advantageous, especially in booking and maintenance of complex commercial loans. A high school education or equivalent is required, with additional knowledge, skills, and abilities as necessary to perform the job functions. Attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills are essential for verifying loan accuracy and managing operational workflows. Education and Experience A high school education or GED. Equivalent job-related education and/or experience will be considered if the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the functions of the job are demonstrated.
