About the Position

A well-established, privately owned outpatient multidisciplinary practice in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Non-Interventional Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to join its growing team. This position is ideal for a physician focused on conservative management, functional restoration, and comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a stable, physician-led environment.

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient, office-based practice
• No call, nights, or weekends
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Predictable schedule supporting excellent work-life balance
• Emphasis on non-interventional, conservative care
• Patient population consists primarily of personal injury cases with some workers’ compensation
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including neurology and rehabilitation services
• Privately owned, well-established practice with strong administrative support

Compensation & Benefits:

• Year 1 base salary: $300,000 – $350,000+
• Year 2: Transition to a draw on a percentage of collections

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited PM&R residency
• Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation cases preferred, but not required
