Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time (Day, Evening, Night, Overnight shifts available)

Pay Rate: $14.00 – $18.50 per hour

Locations: Alexandria, Prince William County, Stafford County, and Fredericksburg, VA

Position Summary

MyFamily Home Care is seeking 20 compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Certified Caregivers (CNA, PCA, HHA) to join our team. You will provide essential in-home care to clients across Northern Virginia and the Fredericksburg area, assisting with daily activities while helping them maintain independence and dignity in their homes.

We are actively seeking candidates proficient in any of the following languages: Persian, Pashto, Spanish, Arabic, or Hindi/Indian regional languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Companionship: Offer emotional support, engage clients in meaningful activities, and foster a positive environment.
• Health Monitoring & Medication: Observe and document changes in health status, assist with medication reminders/administration, and follow individualized care plans.
• Household Support: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transportation & Errands: Transport clients to appointments, assist with grocery shopping, and run local errands.
• Safety: Implement fall prevention measures and assist with proper transferring and positioning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: Valid Virginia Certification required (CNA, PCA, or HHA). CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Languages: Fluency in English, with specific openings for candidates speaking Persian, Pashto, Spanish, Arabic, or Hindi.
• Experience: At least 1 year of caregiving or home health experience is preferred, but no prior experience is required . Training will be provided to qualified candidatesTransportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and clean driving record required.
• Screening: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Attributes: Compassionate, patient, strong communication skills, and ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and transferring clients.
