Production Associate / Assembly Technician – 1st Shift (4-Day Core Work Week) Streetsboro, OH | Starting at $19/hour | Entry-Level | Hiring Immediately Walk‑in Interviews Every Tuesday (No Appointment Needed). Location: 10250 Philipp Parkway, Streetsboro, OH 44241. Look for the "SoftLite" sign by the road. Schedule 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Friday overtime during peak seasons. Responsibilities Assemble vinyl windows and components on a production line. Use hand tools and basic machinery. Rotate between stations with cross‑training provided. Perform quality checks and inspections. Prepare products for shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor is a plus. Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work. Comfortable in a fast‑paced production environment.
