• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to support Quality and Operations teams within a high-volume distribution environment. This temporary leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, leading warehouse associates, maintaining quality and safety standards, and driving team performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who actively engages with employees on the warehouse floor, coaches team members, and promotes a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates and daily operational activities
• Conduct daily roll calls and verify employee attendance
• Cross-train associates across multiple warehouse functions
• Monitor quality standards, accuracy, and operational performance
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees
• Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
• Support productivity goals and workflow management initiatives
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Utilize Excel and warehouse systems to support reporting and daily operations
• Lead by example while maintaining team engagement and accountability
• Collaborate with management to achieve department objectives

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Lead, Group Leader, or similar leadership role
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Intermediate-level Excel skills
• Strong attendance record and reliability
• Ability to work flexible schedules and mandatory overtime as needed
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team-building abilities
• Experience working in fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Previous quality assurance or operations leadership experience
• Background in distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations
