New Construction Estimator / Sales / Project Manager

Lawrence Doors, Inc., a leader in the commercial door industry, and a part of Amarr / ASSA ABLOY Group (the global leader in opening solutions), is seeking a New Construction Estimator / Sales / Project Manager. High income potential - looking for motivated individuals with 3-5 years of experience in commercial door sales, plan reading, estimating and new construction project management.

Must be able to commute to Baldwin Park, CA Mon-Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform full plan and specification take offs
• Create well written proposals
• Development of new national chain accounts
• Create lasting relationships
• Salesperson with high success in closing sale
• Following up on proposals
• In field meetings and networking
• Project management
• Problem solving and critical thinking
• General department support
• Misc. as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Commercial overhead coiling doors and sectional doors knowledge
• Ability to do plan takeoffs and read through specifications of commercial doors
• English / Spanish speaking a plus
• Estimating
• Project management
• Computer literate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving attitude
• Mechanically inclined
• Excellent organization skills
• Construction knowledge a MUST
• Must be a motivated individual
• College degree preferred

Compensation

• $60K - $80K annual base salary + commission
