At Biohax, our mission is to deliver the highest quality, safe, effective, and patient-centered care. We are seeking a  bilingual (Spanish/English) Physician to diagnose, treat, and help prevent disease while aligning with our innovative approach to functional and performance medicine.

Position Overview

\n

This is a  full-time, in-person role based at our state-of-the-art facility. You will work alongside a high-level clinical team to deliver personalized, proactive care to a diverse and high-performing patient population, including high-profile and VIP clients.

\n

\n

Responsibilities & Expectations

\n

\n
• Conduct in-person patient consultations and evaluations
\n
• Review and assess patients’ medical history, symptoms, medications, and allergies
\n
• Ask targeted, situation-specific questions to form accurate diagnoses
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for non-acute conditions
\n
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
\n
• Prescribe medications and provide clear dosage and administration guidance
\n
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, health coaches, and interdisciplinary team members
\n
• Supervise and support mid-level providers
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR (within 24 hours of service)
\n
• Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, and preventative care strategies
\n
• Support patients in managing chronic conditions
\n
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices
\n
• Participate in limited rotating on-call coverage (primarily phone-based)
\n
• Work one weekend per month (can be incorporated into a 5-day schedule)
\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited U.S. institution
\n
• Active and unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state
\n
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
\n
• Current DEA registration
\n
• Strong clinical judgment with a patient-centered approach
\n
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and communication skills
\n

Preferred

\n

Availability for 30+ hours per week

\n

Multi-state licensure, especially in:  CA, FL, NY, TN, TX

\n

\n
• Experience in  functional, integrative, or performance medicine
\n

\n

\n

\n
