Join us.Job DescriptionBathhouse Kitchen seeks a responsible, detail-oriented Prep Cook who can be an all-around team player and complete tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dish station and walk-in.Receiving inventory and properly labeling and storing.Ensuring proper FIFO practices in walk-in and organization.Trash and recycling removal as necessary.Washing of dishes and kitchen equipment as necessary.Some light prep work during downtime.Maintaining areas in the dining room that require cleaning.Desired SkillsFood Handler's CertificationAble to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to prioritize tasks.Ability to work independently and be a team and a team player.Compensation & BenefitsJob Type: Full-time. 8-hour shifts.
