Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience working with pediatric patients from birth to 20 years of age
• Experience with feeding tubes and tracheostomy care
• Experience using PCC EMR

Assignment Details

• 32 to 40 hours per week
• Patient population includes pediatric sub-acute patients from birth to 20 years of age
• Schedule is Monday through Friday
• No weekends
• No holidays
• Collaborative setting with occupational therapy co-treatment opportunities

Location Highlights

Campbell is located in Santa Clara County, about 10 miles from downtown San Jose and roughly 50 miles from San Francisco.
