PMP & Agile certified, Service Cloud/PD1 certification
Proficiency in applications such as JIRA, Apex packages, Rally & Salesforce Service Cloud
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
