Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited program)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Valid state-issued SLP license
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide education and support to teachers and families on speech-language strategies
• Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development as needed
