• Three in-house OBGYN hospitalists available 24/7

• One Certified Nurse Midwife on duty at all times

• Close cooperation with specialists in Maternal Fetal Medicine and Gynecologic Oncology

• A collegial atmosphere where teamwork enhances patient outcomes

• Consistent and predictable scheduling with multiple OBGYN hospitalists on duty during each shift

• Labor & Delivery Leadership: Oversee births in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives and support a busy, high-acuity L&D unit.

• OBED / Triage: Assess all non-labor patients arriving at OBED triage. Admit and manage all unassigned patients as necessary.

• Surgical & Procedural Care: Conduct GYN procedures and surgeries as required, ensuring efficient and timely inpatient care.

• High-Risk Obstetrics Collaboration: Work closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine to provide care for high-risk antepartum patients.

• Board-certified or eligible OB/GYN Physician

• A collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities

• Options for full-time and part-time positions

• Guaranteed 12-hour shifts (day and night shifts with a differential for nighttime)

• Full-time equivalence: 13 shifts every 28 days

• COMPENSATION: 1.0 FTE Day Shift: $400,000; 1.0 FTE Night Shift: $460,000

• Additional productivity bonuses

• $50,000 Sign-on bonus

• Relocation assistance up to $20,000

• Residency stipend of up to $3,000 per month

• Forgivable loan of up to $200,000

• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
