Press Brake Operator

Press Brake Operator We are looking for an experienced Brake Press Operator to join our team! This position is responsible for setting up and operating a CNC press brake to bend and form sheet metal parts according to job specifications. Job Duties: Set up and operate a press brake machine Load materials and install tooling as needed Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Program and adjust machine settings for accurate bends Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy Use measuring tools to verify dimensions Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Skills and Experience: 2+ years of CNC press brake operating experience preferred Experience with sheet metal fabrication processes Ability to understand bend deductions, bend allowances, and fabrication specifications Knowledge of CNC programming principles Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, protractors, and angle finders Strong attention to detail and quality Experience operating a brake press or similar fabrication equipment preferred Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment Benefits: Weekly pay $5 prescription drugs $5 doctor's visit copays Free teledoctor service Free counseling services Life insurance included Vision insurance included Dental insurance included Vacation and holiday pay Scholarship Opportunities 401(k) retirement plan Free legal services Our unbeatable employee discount program Apply now so we can hold a spot for you.
