This position is responsible for helping achieve monthly wholesale and retail sales objectives. This role also involves making high-value decisions and recommendations, as well as providing business support across OEM, Dealer, and MMD segments. It leverages advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities to analyze complex datasets, generate actionable reports, and support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the position includes developing compelling PowerPoint presentations with data-driven charts and visuals to communicate sales performance, trends, and opportunities, while ensuring accounts are effectively managed and business objectives are met.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop national sales strategies toward Department goals.Gather, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems, transforming it into clear, structured insights and reports to support management decision-making.Create impactful PowerPoint presentations with data-driven visuals for stakeholder and executive communicationImprove department processes for efficiencyDecide, manage Department policy exceptionsAttend customer meetings both onsite and offsiteQualifications, Experience, and Skills4-year degree in Marketing or Business OR equivalent work experience Minimum Experience5+ years of Marine Industry experience preferredMust have 5+ years demonstrated advanced skills in SAP, MS Excel & Power BI.
