POSITION OVERVIEW The Store Director role is the cornerstone of service, and the heart of the client experience. Leading through daily client interactions, comprehensive Team Member training, and a commitment to outstanding service. This role requires a passion for growth, with continuous development of their Team Members while ensuring each client leaves with a smile. By balancing inventory management, scheduling, administrative responsibilities, and ongoing Team Member feedback and coaching. Store Directors create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters both employee growth and excellent service. STORE DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES Effectively communicate and lead new operational initiatives. Interview and hire Team Members to meet company standards. Perform Tanning or Sugaring service shifts. Manage store-level utilization by monitoring demand, labor trends, and adjusting staffing. Develop and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to build a strong well rounded team. Maintain inventory levels and place orders as required. Ensure compliance with company and State Board cleanliness and organization standards. Participate in weekly management calls, providing feedback and celebrating successes. Foster a warm, fun, and welcoming environment for both Team Members and clients. REQUIREMENTS Prior management experience in a retail or salon environment. A strong passion for the beauty industry (esthetician or cosmetology experience preferred, but not required). A genuine interest in contributing to company growth and success. Positive, upbeat attitude that promotes collaboration and productivity. Open to flexible, full-time availability to meet business demand. WHAT WE OFFER Annual compensation Annual compensation for this position includes a base salary, commission, and quarterly bonus incentives.
