The Hawaii Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced physician to join its Continuing Care Department at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center, a tertiary care center located 5 miles from downtown Honolulu.

Position Highlights

Exceptional opportunity for an experienced physician to care for patients in a variety of settings - inpatient/outpatient palliative care and hospice
Multi-disciplinary approach in care delivery with high degree of collaboration
Practice quality medicine without pre-authorizations
AI documentation available
State of the art EMR (EPIC) supports integration with all providers and an excellent health maintenance tool is provided

Position Qualifications

BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Board certified or clinical experience in Hospice and Palliative Care preferred
5 years of experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred
