Production Operator 1Production Operator 1 Responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision.Your role:Performs quality inspections and monitors production output to ensure products meet specifications, identifying and resolving defects through rework or disposal when required.Operates manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while following established procedures, work instructions, and company standards.Maintains accurate production, testing, and work records using computer applications and digital documentation systems.Adheres to safety, security, and environmental practices while collaborating effectively with supervisors and team members to support continuous improvement and promptly communicate issues.You're the right fit if:Your skills include good hand eye coordination, communication skills (both verbal and written)You have a high school diploma, Vocational training or equivalentYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
