Location: St. Cloud, MN
Compensation: $18.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Forklift Operators for a recycling industry company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you'll support daily warehouse and shipping operations by safely moving materials and ensuring accurate receiving and storage of freight. If you enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment and want steady hours with weekly pay, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator:

• Load and unload trucks using a sit-down propane forklift
• Move, sort, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
• Double-stack freight safely and efficiently
• Check, record, and verify shipment counts and conditions
• Enter receiving data into the computer system and label shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse (sweeping, organizing, storing equipment)
• Provide professional customer service and follow all safety procedures

What You Need to Bring to the Forklift Operator Role:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience operating a sit-down propane forklift
• Ability to safely double stack loads
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial or warehouse setting (recycling industry experience is a plus)
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Basic math and computer skills
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
