The property is part of Pyramid Global Hospitality's portfolio of over 230 properties worldwide. Job Summary Maintenance Engineer. Full‑time evening position (2:30 pm‑11:00 pm). Hourly staff within the Engineering department, responsible for preventive and unscheduled maintenance, guest service requests, and upkeep of building systems. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and unscheduled repair work on all building systems and mechanical equipment. Assist guests with service requests as needed. Operate and learn all computer‑based systems used in Engineering (energy management, electronic key, CMMS, HVACR controls, etc.). Work frequently with electrical circuits, plumbing systems, and power and hand tools. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude when addressing challenges. Complete tasks on time and to satisfactory level for all parties involved. Qualifications Proficient written, verbal, and spoken English communication skills. Ability to follow instructions. Preferred experience in resort maintenance or a similar field. Mechanical aptitude in HVACR, electrical, plumbing, commercial food equipment, building construction/repair. Basic understanding of Windows‑based computer systems (Word, Excel, etc.) or willingness to learn applications needed for Engineering.
