This individual will bring strong leadership, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to manage performance in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate thrives on coaching teams, solving problems, and continuously improving processes to meet both customer and organizational expectations.What will you be doing?As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will:Lead and supervise production teams to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency targetsPlan, coordinate, and monitor workflow to align staffing and resources with production schedulesEnsure strict adherence to safety policies, EHS standards, quality requirements, and regulatory complianceDrive communication and accountability through tier meetings, shift start-up meetings, and performance reviewsCoach, develop, and support team members through training, feedback, and performance managementAddress attendance, behavioral, and performance concerns in alignment with company policiesTroubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actionsMonitor KPIs, analyze trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives (safety, quality, delivery, efficiency)Promote and sustain 5S, waste reduction, and process standardization effortsEnsure proper equipment use, maintenance coordination, and timely escalation of issuesCollaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teamsMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environmentDocument production activities, complete shift reports, and ensure accurate system transactionsSupport hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts as neededPerform additional duties to support business operations as requiredWho are You?You are a proactive leader who takes ownership of results and builds strong, high-performing teams.
