Senior IT Technician

NerdsToGo Bellevue is looking for a Senior IT Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience across hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 environments. You will start and end each day in our Bellevue office, handle in-store, on-site, and remote appointments, diagnose issues independently, present 12 solution options (with your recommendation), provide time estimates or simple scopes for larger projects, execute the work, demonstrate completion, and ensure client satisfaction. 95% of your work will be on-demand IT services (not back-end MSP ticket work). Expect variety: data recovery, malware remediation & hacked remediation, Microsoft 365 setup & migrations, DNS updates (MX, SPF, DKIM), network troubleshooting & installs, office setups & moves, custom workstation builds.

What you need includes 5+ years hands-on IT support experience, strong Windows & macOS troubleshooting skills, solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN basics), Microsoft 365 admin experience, experience configuring routers, firewalls, and access points, strong in-person communication skills, and a valid driver's license. You should be comfortable walking into unfamiliar environments (business and residential), diagnosing confidently, and communicating clearly. Compensation: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
