Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT license

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• On-call or weekend requirement: None
• Coverage area includes Thomas, Brooks, and Colquitt counties
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
