Water Quality & Wetlands Program Manager

Ohio EPA seeks an Environmental Manager to lead the Division of Surface Water in Columbus, overseeing reviews of 401 Water Quality Certifications and wetlands permits. You will guide projects, coordinate with federal/state agencies, and supervise a team ensuring compliance and timely enforcement actions. You will analyze water quality rules, develop nationwide and regional permits, and provide technical outreach to the public and regulated community while partnering with the Army Corps of #J-18808-Ljbffr State of Ohio
