Assistant Restaurant Manager

Benefits/Perks Flexible Scheduling Competitive Compensation Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for operational performance and well-being. You will lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant and retail market. Duties and Responsibilities Develop short and long-term goals for the restaurant Manage and schedule employees and conduct periodic performance reviews Lead team in providing exceptional customer service Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events Order supplies: food, produce, dry goods and paper goods Manage monthly inventory Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience Familiarity with POS software Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure Excellent management and leadership skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Lobster Bar Inc
