Associate Director, Registry Operations Management

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an Associate Director for Registry Operations Management to lead clinical trial registry programs across planning, site activation, enrollment, and closeout. The role requires senior operational leadership of complex cross-functional programs, oversight of registry performance and risk, and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders in a regulated research environment.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership for registry portfolio across start-up, site activation, enrollment, data collection, and closeout
Develop integrated operational plans, milestones, and risk controls from protocols and client commitments
Monitor portfolio health and intervene on risks, delays, quality issues, and scope changes
Coordinate cross-functional delivery with clinical operations, data management, quality, and client teams
Oversee site activation, enrollment, retention trends, and implement targeted improvement plans

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, public health, clinical research, business, or related field
8+ years in clinical research operations, registry operations, observational research, or real-world evidence
Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs with sites in regulated research
5+ years of people management or significant team leadership experience
Strong program leadership, risk management, and performance management capabilities
Ability to interpret operational data and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
