Robotics Technician
Stratom is a mission-driven engineering company developing autonomous and unmanned ground vehicles and robotic systems for demanding industrial and defense environments. Our teams design, build, and deploy advanced systems that combine rugged mechanical platforms with cutting-edge autonomy. We work across the full product lifecycle—from early concepts and prototypes through testing, field deployment, and production. Our team members solve complex technical challenges while collaborating across mechanical, electrical, software, autonomy, and manufacturing disciplines.
Stratom is seeking a versatile, hands-on Robotics Technician to help build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain complex electro-mechanical systems. You will play a key role in our unmanned vehicle and autonomous robotic arm projects, working alongside engineers and designers to turn new concepts into working systems and solve challenging technical problems.
We are open to candidates ranging from early-career technicians with strong technical training to highly experienced technicians with extensive hands-on expertise.
As a growing R&D firm, our work is highly collaborative and hands-on, and no two days are exactly alike. Team members contribute across a wide range of disciplines, from robotics and electrical systems to fabrication and mechanical systems. We value people who are resourceful, adaptable, curious, and excited by the opportunity to work with their hands and solve problems that don't always have an obvious answer.
