Marketing Assistant

Our North America headquarters, located in Manhattan, is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing department. Position Overview As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting national and local marketing initiatives across advertising, media, public relations, digital, and in-store campaigns. You will report the Brand and Digital Coordinator and as well as the Retail Marketing Coordinator and assist in the execution of a variety of marketing tasks aimed at strengthening brand presence and driving traffic to stores. Key Responsibilities Support the coordination and execution of advertising campaigns in collaboration with creative agencies and publishers. Assist in organizing and updating the media plan to ensure timely placement of advertisements. Assist in creating advertising briefs to be communicated with the creative agency. PR/Events Assist in the preparation and coordination of local and national events. Research and propose new vendor partnerships aligned with brand standards. Help manage press requests and product loans. Proofread and edit written communications including invitations, press releases, post‑event summaries, and themed press releases. Assist in managing media lists and contact lists of top publications (Publishers, editors...) Marketing Update, maintain and develop the databases (mailing & emailing) Conduct market and competitor analysis Assist in the creation and production of marketing materials such as POS, marketing collateral, in‑store signage, branded stationery. Coordinate internal orders for marketing collateral from corporate and franchise locations. Help in coordinating professional photography and Google 360 virtual tours for new showroom openings. Digital/Social Media Help monitor and update our social media handles and online listings. Assist in creating digital assets and writing copy for online advertisements and social media. Additional Tasks Provide general support to help the marketing team achieve its goals across all channels and initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field. Previous related experience in marketing or communications is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required). Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
