Five (5) years of experience with technical design using analytical skills. Five (5) years of experience leading technical teams in large-scale projects involving infrastructure improvements and software development. Five (5) years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Five (5) years of experience in building integrations between applications on different hardware platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Experience in modeling and graphical representations. Preferred Experience: Experience in modernizing & migrating mainframe applications from legacy systems. Experience in architecting solutions for migrating applications to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Experience in containerization of applications. Building application integrations using APIs.
