Full‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser / Order Writer We are looking for energetic, customer‑focused individuals to manage Merchandising needs for our Nabisco brands. As a Merchandiser/Order Writer, you will build relationships with in‑store staff, maintain or update product displays, and manage product orders to keep shelves stocked. Responsibilities Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays. Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing photos of displays at assigned stores. Order products via iPad to ensure in‑stock conditions for shelves and displays. Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines. Monitor and communicate any issues with sales plans or store managers to the Mondelēz management team. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to maximize in‑store service efficiency. Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Who is a Good Fit? At least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license in the state of residence. High‑school diploma or GED preferred. Positive, professional, and self‑motivated with the ability to work independently. Own vehicle available for travel; mileage will be reimbursed. Can perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, sometimes up to 50 lbs. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Live within 25‑35 miles of the primary location (South Austin, TX); secondary location: Dripping Springs, TX. Availability: Five days per week, including at least one weekend day, with a start time of 5 a.m. Salary and Benefits Hourly compensation $20.79. 401(k) savings plan with matching.
